Welcome to Bellows Free Academy, Fairfax! Below are links to our enrollment packet, as well as more information on Pre-K and Kindergarten programs.
PreK-12 Registration
Enrollment packets can be printed from the link below, or can be mailed to you. Please be sure to include residency documentation, as well as a copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization records with your completed packet.

Kindergarten Registration
BELLOWS FREE ACADEMY

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION 2026-27
March 5, 2026 - April 3, 2026
Your child must be five years old on or before September 1, 2026 to attend Kindergarten in the fall of 2026. Parents can request enrollment packets by contacting Rhonda Masse at 802-849-0723, or emailing rmasse@fwsu.org. If your child is currently enrolled in the PreK program at BFA, you do not need to request a packet. You will receive several forms to update information. Those documents will be sent home with your child at the beginning of the registration period.
Enrollment packets should be completed and returned by April 3, 2026. For new enrollments - A copy of your child’s birth certificate, immunization record, and proof of residency must be included with your completed enrollment packet. If you have other children already enrolled at BFA, the Verification of Residency form needs to be completed and signed, but you do not need to attach documentation again. Students cannot be enrolled until all of the required documents are on file with the school.
All other Kindergarten information (Handbooks, Screening Dates, Information Night) will be shared at a later date. Thank you!
