Franklin West Supervisory Union is pleased to announce the selection of Dr. Elizabeth Noonan as its next Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. Dr. Noonan earned her Doctorate in Education from Northeastern University in Curriculum, Teaching, Leading, & Learning. She began her career in education in Maryland in 2007 and moved to Vermont to teach social studies in 2018. Liz currently serves as High School Principal at BFA Fairfax. She will begin her new position on July 1, 2026.
